The NEACAC cancellation policy that follows applies to all NEACAC events, including college fairs. For a full refund, cancellations must be received no later than three weeks prior to the start of the event for which you are seeking a refund. A 50% refund is issued to anyone who cancels between 14 and 21 days prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the event. Refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to event start due to a medical/family emergency will be considered on an individual basis. Cancellations/requests for a refund must be received in writing. Please note that refunds are not issued until the program for which you are seeking reimbursement has concluded. |
