A NEACAC outreach initiative, the Margaret Addis Memorial Scholars Program provides funding to enable counselors from rural or urban secondary schools, EOP/TRIO programs and agencies, and community/technical colleges in New England to attend the Annual Meeting. Scholarship recipients also receive a one-year membership in NEACAC.
