Statement of Principles of Good Practice Ethics in recruiting students and awarding scholarships provided the impetus for creating NACAC in 1937.As a reflection of that major purpose,one of the first actions taken by the founders was the creation of a Code of Ethics.After many years of reviewing,updating, and rewriting, this Code is today's Statement of Principles of Good Practice. State & Regional Presidents' Council Grant The purpose of the State and Regional Presidents' Council Grants is to provide funding (partial, full, or start-up) to state and regional affiliates targeted to one of the categories. Funds may be used for membership, registration, travel and lodging, and innovative projects/programs within the parameters of the listed categories and linked to professional development.
