Registration 

 

Registration is now closed. If you are interested in joining us for the conference as a commuter, or for one day on Thursday, you can register upon arrival at the University of Rhode Island Welcome Center. We look forward to seeing you there.

Our goal is to facilitate access to the Annual Meeting & Conference to as many professionals as possible with programming that is relevant and transferable to your day to day roles. Below are the conference costs if you would like to start your school’s professional development request process early.

We encourage colleges, universities, and professional organizations to consider supporting a colleague to attend the conference by committing a grant. Institutions that donate a grant will have their name published in the conference program booklet. These grants can be may be offered for either a full residential conference registration ($350) or a one-day commuter registration ($175). You may also support professionals to attend pre-conference sessions, including the reimagined NEACAC Coming Together Pre-Conference session or bus tour. *The University of Rhode Island has committed to housing all attendees in a single room within a suite at no additional charge. More information about housing and campus facilities will be posted on the NEACAC Facebook page throughout the year. #NEACAC2019

**Must be registered for the conference in order to register for the college fair.

Annual Meeting & Conference Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing. Notices emailed on or before May 1, 2019 will result in a full refund. Notices sent after May 1, 2019, but on or prior to May 6, 2019 will result in a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after May 7, 2019. $25 will be subtracted from the refund for credit card and/or administrative fees.  Please note that refunds are not issued until the conference has concluded.
