Due to the rapidly developing COVID-19 outbreak, the guidance from the Center for Disease Control, and the travel restrictions at organizations within our affiliate, the NEACAC Governing Board has made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person meeting of the Annual Meeting & ConferenceThis decision was not made lightly and is presented to you with a heavy heart.

The decision was made to refund 100% of the Annual Meeting & Conference attendee registrations. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. They will be made in the order in which registrations were received, and we ask for your patience as we process these funds. You do not need to request a refund. If you have questions about the refund, please contact [email protected]

Update: The Special Meeting announced to the members on April 28, 2020 counts as the Annual Meeting originally scheduled to take place during AMC 2020.

We are thrilled to announce that the 2020 Annual Meeting & Conference will be hosted at the University of New England, Biddeford Campus!  Mark your calendars now for May 27-29th, 2020!

UNE is no stranger to NEACAC, as they last hosted the conference in 2012 and showed our association how special their campus and community is.  Since then, UNE has made some impressive additions.  Their community is excited to share a new athletics center, a new dining facility and Commons building, as well as the original charm of their distinctly Maine campus and waterfront.

As we all use the summer to reflect and plan for the year ahead, we encourage you to take the opportunity to consider session topics for the 2020 conference.  While the Annual Meeting & Conference is a time to catch up with old friends and make new connections, NEACAC prides itself on the value and depth of educational opportunities that our conference provides to help us improve in our work.  A call for session proposals and more information will be shared in the coming months.

The Annual Meeting & Conference is generously supported each year by a variety of partnering organizations and sponsors.  If you are connected with or represent an organization interested in exhibiting or sponsoring an element of the 2020 conference, feel free to email [email protected].  More details about sponsorship opportunities will be posted by the end of the summer season, but we are happy to address any questions in the interim.

Have a wonderful summer and stay tuned for more updates regarding the 2020 Annual Meeting & Conference.  We’ll see you in Maine!
