2021 NEACAC Spring College Fairs will be Virtual

NEACAC is excited to continue our partnership with GoToCollegeFairs. Working with GoToCollegeFairs, we are able to simulate a college fair as Institutions build virtual booths, where they can offer (PDF) materials, answer live questions with video chat, and much more! For those that participated in our Fall Fairs (or if you’re just joining us for the Spring!), please see exciting updates here!

Tuesday, February 23rd from 6-7:30 pm EST
Sunday, March 14th from 1-3:00 pm EST
Wednesday, April 14th from 7-8:30 pm EST
Sunday, May 16th from 1-3:00 pm EST

Booth Build Deadline: 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 16th*

During these specific dates and times, booths must be staffed. Please note, the college fair website and booths will be available through May 31, 2021, during which time you will continue to receive leads every time an individual visits your booth.

The booth build process will remain open through 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 16th. Booths must be completed by this time in order to be included in the Spring College Fairs. There are no exceptions to this deadline.

On Monday, November 23rd, 2020 President Christina Cerenzia sent a notice to the membership announcing that both our Annual Meeting & Conference 2021 and our Spring College Fairs for 2021 would be virtual. Please click here to view the message.

*Temporary: NEACAC has decided to temporarily adjust our College Fair Policies to allow for non-member, accredited institutions in an effort to make options more widely available to students at this difficult time. Our college fairs are for two- and four-year colleges and universities. On a space-available basis, we may accommodate non-profit organizational members who assist students with the transition from high school to college. NEACAC asks that all participants still follow the NEACAC exhibitor guidelines.
