Becoming a Member

Founded in 1966, the New England Association for College Admission Counseling (NEACAC) is one of the largest of 23 state and regional affiliates of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC).  NEACAC is the premier New England organization for counselors who assist students and their families in making the transition from high school to college. Membership in NEACAC and/or NACAC reinforces your commitment to ethical practices; it’s your public assurance to students, parents, and the school counseling/admission community that you abide by NACAC’s Statement of Principles of Good Practice.

HOW TO JOIN

Membership in NEACAC is open to institutions, organizations, and individuals who are engaged in work related to assisting students in the transition from secondary school to postsecondary studies. 

Organization and Primary Membership

1. If you will be the first member of your institution to join NEACAC, please use this form to start a new primary membership.

2. As a primary member of your institution, you will also be able to register new additional members. Only primary members may add new members. 

3. If you are an employee of a college/university or secondary school with an active primary member, please fill out the appropriate form from the categories below, in order to be added to your institution’s roster at discounted rates. 

4. Please note that your membership will be inactive until our member relations committee can confirm your institution's primary member status.
