Timelines for College & University Representatives: Fall 2021 College Fairs

Virtual Fairs

  • September 3: Registration Opens for Colleges & Universities

  • September 23: Registration Closes  

  • September 27: Colleges & Universities will receive a Matchmaking Form via email from GoToCollegeFairs on or before September 24. This form is what allows your institution to receive Matchmaking Leads (in addition to those students that visit your booth) and is due by October 1.

  • October 1: Matchmaking Form Completion Deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Week of October 4: Booth Build Instructions sent to Colleges & Universities via email from GoToCollegeFairs

  • October 15: Booth Build Deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your booth is not complete, it will not appear in the Virtual Fair.

  • October 18: Student Registration for Virtual Fairs begins

  • October 21: College Fair Booths Open

  • October 21: First live Virtual Fair from 6-8:00pm

  • November 7: Final live Virtual Fair from 1-3:00pm

  • November 30: Virtual College Fair Booths Close

In-Person Fairs

  • September 3: Registration Opens for Colleges & Universities

  • September 23: Registration Closes  

  • September 24-October 1: Colleges & Universities receive their Mobile Scanning access code once registration closes (from GoToCollegeFairs).

  • September 24-October 1: Student Registration for In-person Fairs begins
