The Bylaws for New England Association for College Admission Counseling (NEACAC) provide the framework for our procedures. The bylaws define our organization’s purpose as a regional affiliate of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). Our bylaws remain consistent with Statement of Principles of Good Practice: NACAC's Code of Ethics and Professional Practice. The NEACAC bylaws define our membership, mission, and vision while providing our governing and executive boards with clear direction and processes.
