When do you expect the conference registration list to go out to sponsors?
Sponsors will receive the email list of registrants ahead of the conference, once registration closes. We anticipate registration to close by the end of May and will be sure to send the list as soon as it is ready. Sponsors may choose to use the one time email communication for either prior to the conference start or after the event.
When does conference registration happen?
Registration will open by the end of February. We will be sure to reach out with instructions and next steps!
What is the anticipated # of participants to order swag for?
While this is a challenging number to predict given the previous two years being virtual and the everchanging pandemic, we are anticipating between 600 and 700 participants throughout the conference.
Do they have a ribbon that says sponsor?
Yes, all sponsors will be given ribbons to wear on their nametag that indicate that they are a sponsor.
When will they get their presentation time?
Sessions that we submitted in January will receive their presentation time by mid-February. Sessions that were submitted by the March 1 sponsorship proposal deadline will receive their presentation times by the end of March.
Do I have access to a monitor?
No, we are not able to guarantee monitor access during the networking event.
Do I have access to the internet?
Yes, we will provide access to the campus Wifi upon your arrival.
How many people are expected to attend the vendor showcase?/what’s the traffic like? Everyone at once? flowing?
This is dependent upon our attendee number, but this is a popular event and most attendees will come by at least for a period of time. There will also be a networking event and other professional development activities taking place in the same building to encourage traffic flow.
When should I arrive?
This depends upon your schedule and whether or not you wish to join us for other conference programming. The Exhibitor Expo will take place from 3:00 -6:00 pm, so we recommend you arrive by 1:30 pm so you have plenty of time to park, check-in, and get set up.
How many participant registrations are included in my sponsorship package?

Where should I park/do I need a parking pass?
Parking passes are not required for the conference.
Is housing included in my sponsorship. What are the accommodations like?
Yes, housing is included in your sponsorship commitment. If you need details regarding your level, please let us know and we can connect! On campus housing accommodations are in student residence halls in suite style rooms. All individuals will have a private room but will share a common bathroom and shower within their suite. You may reference the Sponsorship Benefits Grid for more information.
Where and when can I mail materials in advance of the conference?
Materials should be delivered as early as April 1st, no later than May 24. They can be sent to Office of Admission, Saint Michael's College, 1 Winooski Park Box 7, Colchester, VT 05439.
How do I tell you who from my team needs to be registered. When can my participants expect to get their registration confirmation?
We will send out registration instructions once registration opens. Registration confirmations will be sent immediately after the registration is submitted. If you have further questions about this process, please let us know.
Are meals included? What about dietary restrictions?
All meals for registered attendees are included. You may share details regarding any dietary restrictions upon registering for the conference and we will do our best to accommodate any needs. Further questions? Please ask!
Will there be food at the vendor showcase?
Yes, there will be food at the Exhibitor Expo. There will be appetizers and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available.
Do you have room blocks or any preferred hotels?
Yes, we have room blocks reserved at a local hotel. You can find more information updated on our website here: accommodations.
