Educational Sessions 2021

AMC 2020 Virtual Sessions Now Available to NEACAC Members

We are thrilled to announce that the 2021 Annual Meeting & Conference will be hosted at the University of New England, Biddeford Campus!  Mark your calendars now for May 25-28th, 2021!

2020 has been a difficult year thus far to say the least.  Our 2020 Annual Meeting & Conference was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and all of our communities have been affected in numerous ways. The University of New England took the 2020 conference cancellation in stride, and has generously and graciously offered to return as host of the conference in 2021.  Their flexibility is so appreciated after a full year of planning that could not be realized in person.

As we all use the summer to plan for the year ahead, we know that we have more challenges than ever before.  Not only does the COVID-19 pandemic impact our industry in new ways, members of the BIPOC communities continue to be victims of systemic racism in our country.  It often feels that there are more questions and challenges than answers and solutions. However, while it may seem far in the future, we encourage you to take the opportunity to consider how we can learn and improve in 2021.  This year presents the need for us to listen and learn from each other.  Please consider session topics that you or a colleague might present at UNE in May 2021!

The Annual Meeting & Conference is generously supported each year by a variety of partnering organizations and sponsors.  If you are connected with or represent an organization interested in exhibiting or sponsoring an element of the 2021 conference, please email [email protected].  More details about sponsorship opportunities will be posted by the end of the summer season, but we are happy to address any questions in the interim.

Have a wonderful summer and stay tuned for more updates regarding the 2021 Annual Meeting & Conference.  We can’t wait to see you in Maine!
